We use raw mangoes cut thick the old-fashioned way, then dried under the sun — not a machine, not a timer, just the sun doing what it’s always done. Mixed by hand with mustard oil and a stubborn blend of eight whole spices. No preservatives. No artificial colours. Nothing your daadi wouldn’t recognise.
