We pack every order ourselves — carefully, with bubble wrap, and a little bit of love. Here’s everything you need to know about how your achar gets to you.
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, India.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside India and wish to place a bulk order, please contact us at help@maakapyaar.in.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day
- During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 3 business days — we will notify you if this applies to your order
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Meerut & NCR: 1–3 business days
- North India (UP, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan): 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days
- Remote / rural areas: Up to 10–12 business days
These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹499: flat shipping fee of ₹60
5. Packaging
All products are packed in food-safe, leak-proof packaging and placed in cushioned outer boxes. We take great care to ensure your jars arrive intact. If anything arrives broken despite our packaging, please refer to our Refund Policy.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp
- You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using this number
- If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of order confirmation, please write to help@maakapyaar.in
7. Failed Delivery
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times
- If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping charges will apply.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout — please double-check your details before placing the order
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and the product immediately and email us at help@maakapyaar.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders up to ₹1,500 in select pincodes
- COD availability is confirmed at checkout
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
