Maa Ka Pyaar is a homemade pickle brand operating from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. FSSAI Licence No. 22725673000210. Website: maakapyaar.in. All products are handmade in small batches and food-safe under applicable Indian regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Products

• All products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture or taste between batches are natural and not defects.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual appearance may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
• Net weight, ingredients and nutritional information are as labelled and comply with FSSAI regulations.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (where available).
• In case of a payment failure, please check with your bank before re-attempting. Contact us at help@maakapyaar.in if you are charged without receiving an order confirmation.

5. Orders

• An order confirmation email or WhatsApp message constitutes acceptance of your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on maakapyaar.in — including the Maa Ka Pyaar name, logo, product names, photographs, copy and brand elements — is the exclusive property of Maa Ka Pyaar. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maa Ka Pyaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions or carrier delays.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Consumers also have the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
